
No matter how good your nutrition or training is, you will still experience 'tough' days. We ALL have them! Where we are a little tired, de-motivated, 'over it', not seeing the changes quick enough. The key is to remember that you just need to get through that moment/day, and it will pass. It is normal to not just smash through everyday. Be kind to yourself and know that YOU ARE DOING YOUR BEST! It is the consistency of your commitment that will get you to where you want to be. One off day or not so good workout will not undo all your hard work :-) From today stop being so hard on yourselves and putting so much pressure on being 'perfect' everyday. LIVE LIFE ~ ♥ ♥ ♥
