
So I have cleaned up my nutrition and have a new training program that I have been following the past 3.5 weeks. I want to move from a healthy and comfortable 23% back down to photo shoot/fitness model body fat level of 12-14%. Just so you know I struggle with the same issues you all have I wanted to share this~ over this time I can't see ANY changes lol!! Damn it is frustrating!! Today though I caught up with my coach and I am down to 20% :-))) yaaaa!! So those of you who feel like you are not getting anywhere, hang in there as the changes are happening even if you can't see them. Find someone to be accountable every week or two, to take measurements or have a look at you in a bikini or shorts. They must be someone that you trust and preferably who has no emotional connection to you, that will give you honest and constructive feedback. Remember I KNOW and TEACH all of this to my girls, but even I have my moments where I think WTF come on body!!! ;-) THIS TIME YOU ARE NOT GIVING UP PEOPLE!!!!
