My Cottage Cheese Snack Back |
 You will need:
- 150g Weight Watchers Cottage Cheese
- 1 Small Green Apple
- Mixed Spice
- Splenda
Place the cottage cheese in a bowl and add the mixed spice, and 1-2 sachets of splenda. Mix well. Chop the apple into small peices and stir them into the cottage cheese . Stir and ENJOY!
Variations: You could do a mix of 50g of cottage cheese and 50g low fat/low sugar yoghurt. To add some crunch add a small amount of raw nuts (almonds, walnuts or cashews). You could also use different types of fruit. Remember these variations will add extra sugars and calories, so ensure you watch your serving sizes. |
