 You will need:
- 30-40g Quick Oats
- 25-30g Protein Powder (low carb)
- 15-20g Peanut Butter
- Mixed Spice
- Splenda
- Cold Water
Put the oats in a bowl and just cover them with water. Cook in the microwave for 90 seconds. When finished stir through some mixed spice and 1-3 sachets of slenda (depending on sweetness). Then add the peanut butter and swirl through, (don't stir right through). Place cold water in a shaker and mix up your protein powder to make a shake. Enjoy your shake alongside your oats.
Variation: You can switch the splenda for honey, and the peanut butter for almond butter, or a mixed nut butter. You can also stir the powder through the oats. |
