Nicky Jankovic is a Champion Body Shaper, Fitness Model and Health and Lifestyle Consultant on the Gold Coast Australia. She has made it her life’s passion to help inspire, motivate and educate everyday people on how to live a life of optimal health and wellness. After her success in State and National Figure shows, Nicky recently represented Australia on the world stage at the ‘201 1 IFBB Arnold Classic Sports Festival’, held in Columbus Ohio. Nicky is a fully qualified Exercise Scientist, Secondary school HPE and Science Educator in addition to many other certificate level qualifications. Nicky is the director of 'Fit Chic Nutrition' which is a company focused on guiding men and women on how to achieve their ultimate health and wellness goals, through sensible and realistic exercise and nutrition. As an international cover model, health and fitness advocate, and contributor for many leading fitness magazines, she is proud to be an ambassadorfor healthy living. Nicky is focused on transforming you into your BEST you. Whilst we all want to 'look great', and often our main motivation is our appearance, you must remember all the important areas a healthy active lifestyle promotes. Don't wait another minute, take control of your life now.

Nicky is available for personalised nutrition, training and lifestlye coaching services. Sessions are conducted on the Gold Coast, Australia. She takes an up to date, educated, and experienced approach to help you get on track for life. Her aim is to help you increase your energy, lose body fat, improve your health, and teach you the correct way to live a balanced life of optimal wellness.

Below are the current rates for customised sessions:

PRICE SCHEDULE

 
Option 1:

PAY AS YOU GO - This is a payment for a single session, and is paid for as you go.
  •     1 session for 60 minutes duration = $100.00 (Initial meeting must be 1 hour)
  •     1 session for 45 minutes duration = $75.00
  •     1 session for 30 minutes duration = $55

Option 2:

UPFRONT PAYMENT – This is a prepaid upfront payment for sessions in advance. Accepted payments can be made via cash or direct deposit, but must be paid in full prior to commencement of first session.
  • 10 sessions – 1 x 45 minute session per week for the duration of 10 weeks at a total cost of $700.00 (a minumum of one session must be used each consecutive week due to commitments and time constraints). Save $50.00
  • 10 sessions - 1 x 30 minute session per week for the duration of 10 weeks at a total cost of $500 (a minumum of one session must be used each consecutive week due to commitments and time constraints). Save $50

If you are not a member of World Gym Ashmore there is a reduced rate entry fee of $7 that must be paid on arrival of each visit.

When signing on for personal training you will be encouraged follow the nutrition program and guidance from working with Nicky in order to get the best results. When you initially sign on for a minumum of 3 personal training sessions, a complete training program will be provided for training outside PT sessions, supplementation advice and additional support in creating your new 'lifestyle'.
